Step 1 Select your photo’s and place them in the order in which you would like them to be
shown. Make sure that the number is visible on the back of the photo but DO NOT USE A
MARKER due to bleed through.
Step 2 When mailing you photo’s, I would suggest getting a tracking number for safety
purposes. Make sure that you include all of your contact information either on the contact
information form that I will email to you or another piece of paper including your name,
address, contact phone numbers and email address. If paying by check or money order,
payment in full to be enclosed with the pictures.

If you prefer to use a credit card, I will email you a Paypal invoice in which you can pay
online but there will be an additional $5 processing fee
Music – when selecting the music, you must either own the CD and send it with the
pictures or I can purchase the song at an additional cost of $.99 per song. If you want to
sync certain songs with a group of pictures, make sure to indicate that on the contact
information form such as pics # 1 – 33 with song XYZ. Also specify which order you would
like the songs to be played in.
Step 3 We will scan your photos in the order in which you have selected. We will add
panning effects and fading transitions. Depending on the quality of the picture, we will
make an attempt to remove red eye, dust and scratch marks, level out the tones and crop
when necessary.
Step 4 Before mailing back the final copy, we will email you a proof that you can view and
verify that everything is in order. If there are errors as a result of our efforts, all changes will
be done free of charge. If you make changes that are different than your original
instructions, there will be a $25 adjustment fee. Once verified, we will mail back all of the
original photos, a CD of all the scanned photos with any songs that were purchased and
the final slideshow on a DVD for you to enjoy.
